Yes. We do not log your IP address or any identifying information for anonymous submissions. Your case token is the only link to your case.
Your submission goes directly to the President's Office or Internal Audit. You'll receive a response within the SLA timeframe via your case tracker.
Absolutely not. We have a strict zero-retaliation policy. Any retaliation against someone who speaks up will itself be treated as serious misconduct.
We will ask your permission before sharing your name. If you prefer, credit goes to "A colleague" — but you still get recognized on our Wall of Great Ideas.
Unfortunately, we cannot recover case tokens as we do not store the plain version. You may submit a new message if needed.
